According to some study, Washington DC has the third worst traffic in the nation. Just behind LA and San Francisco. for the 5th year in a row. -___- I am driving through the worst part every day~ yay for me.

since i am on the ranting mode. might as well rant another one. so we got a letter from our community managment ppl. Basically, it is saying we will be fined if we don't put new net for our basketball hoop. what's up with that? after all these years, they finally decided to pick us about our basketball hoop. -___- (but i still went to get those 2 dollars replacement net)
